I recommend making the bazingas tear drop shaped. It'll make it look a little more real.

Two big things. The right hand could use some work and the sparkles probably shouldn't follow the heart. I'd recommend making them more like classical Disney where they slowly fall where they were spawned and maybe having them shoot off, making the heart feel like it's just radiating magic. Other than that, A work here. If those two problems were fixed, A+.
